These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Hughes Marketing & Business Solutions LLC, including subscriptions, packages, and consultations.

Payments: All setup fees, subscriptions, and add‑ons must be paid in full at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Payment Plans: When purchasing a payment plan, client services (website creation, photography, business spreadsheets, etc.) will not be fully delivered until completion of payment.

Cancellations & Refunds: Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Setup fees, one-time packages, and completed work are non‑refundable.

Refunds & Non‑Refundable Services: All one‑time packages (including Starter Door, Growth Door, Premium Door, and any one‑time add‑ons) are non‑refundable once purchased. Clients acknowledge that these services begin immediately upon payment, and therefore refunds cannot be issued.

Travel Fees Local sessions (within 30 miles of Danville, KY) include travel at no extra cost.

Regional sessions (30–120 miles / 1–2 hours) require a Regional Travel Fee of $25, which must be purchased in addition to your package at checkout.

Extended sessions (120+ miles / 3+ hours) require an Extended Travel Fee of $45, which must be purchased in addition to your package at checkout. Additional mileage charges may apply beyond 120 miles at $0.65 per mile. Overnight or multi‑day travel will be quoted separately.

All travel fees are non‑refundable and must be paid prior to the scheduled session.

Website Ownership: Upon project completion, ownership of the website will be transferred to the client. Any ongoing costs associated with website hosting, domain registration, scheduling platforms, email services, or other third-party subscriptions are the sole responsibility of the client after transfer.

Scope of Services: Each package includes the deliverables listed on our site. Additional work requires add‑ons or a separate agreement. We are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will work on the first select purchases, so be patient with us! We are all about fairness!

Scheduling: Sessions must be booked within the billing cycle. Missed or late sessions cannot be carried forward.

Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide timely communication, approvals, and materials needed to complete services. We may reach out if there are any questions regarding modifications or preferences

Intellectual Property: Final deliverables belong to the client once payment is complete. Hughes MBS retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

Liability Limitations: We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost sales due to client delays or third‑party issues.

Privacy & Confidentiality: Client information is kept secure and confidential. We do not share sensitive data with outside parties.

Agreement By purchasing a subscription, package, or consultation, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
